CULTURE/SHIFT 2016 is organized by the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RAC) / Community Arts Training (CAT) Institute and the U.S. Department of Arts and Culture (USDAC).

It is funded in part by the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis, Hemera Foundation, the Western States Arts Federation (WESTAF), and the Mid-America Arts Alliance.

We are proud to partner with Urban Eats Cafe to provide nourishment for our conference attendees throughout the weekend. Urban Eats is a multi-faceted social enterprise in the heart of the Dutchtown community, in South St. Louis City, that is dedicated to urban revitalization, healthy living and community. Read more about food & drink at CULTURE/SHIFT 2016.

Thanks also to the artists, businesses and neighbors of the Delmar Loop.
